We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, but do accept exchanges. It is essential that you thoroughly review the product images and condition before placing an order, as there will be only an option to request an exchange. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or a receipt is also required. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at pulsatio.uk@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. If your return is accepted, we will issue an exchange. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
